Got a Question?
GLUTEN-FREE
What does Celiac-friendly mean?
We bake and create recipes in a certified gluten-free kitchen with only gluten-free flours, starches, and ingredients.
This means there is no cross-contamination and no crossover with equipment that may have touched gluten.
This being said, while we can control our environment and the products we use, we are not yet Gluten-Free Certified.
What flours do you use?
Our current recipes include varied amounts of tapioca and potato starches, chickpea, sweet rice, white rice, brown rice, and oat flours, and a touch of xanthan gum to give our products the perfect chew.
Are you certified gluten-free?
We are not currently Gluten-Free Certified. Coming soon though!
PRODUCTION
Where do you bake your products?
We bake out of the Skript Kitchen Commissary.
This is a 100% dedicated and certified gluten-free kitchen space shared with other gluten-free brands.
Check them out here to learn more!
Where do you sell your products?
Whether you want to pick up your order in person or have it delivered fresh to your door, we sell directly to you through our website.
We often also have events or pop-ups happening around the city – join the Bread Club to find out where to find us next!
ORDERING
How do I order?
Check out our products pages to see what’s fresh this week as focaccia and bun flavours change regularly.
Select the items you wish to try and place your order by Sunday 11:59pm to receive your order freshly delivered or for pick up the following Thursday.
Orders must be placed and paid for before it will be baked. We do not accept payment upon arrival with the exception of in-person events.
Why is there only 1 delivery/pick up day?
We pride ourselves on offering freshly baked and lowering our food waste wherever possible.
This means, instead of baking a set amount each week, we only bake to order so nothing is being thrown out.
We’d love to offer more days, but as a small bake-to-order business, the most efficient and responsible way to provide fresh baked goods is to consolidate our operation to one day for now.
Sign up for the Bread Club to be first to know when more days become available!
Where can I pick up my order?
Pick ups are available at The Skript Kitchen (350 W 3rd Ave. Vancouver) on Thursdays between 1pm - 4pm.
Please note: we leave for our delivery route no later than 4:15pm and will not be able to accommodate pickups past this time.
When is the order cut off?
Orders must be placed each week by Sunday at 11:59pm for Thursday of the following week.
For example: Ordering on Tuesday May 12th, 2026 will ensure your order is made for Thursday May 21st, 2026.
We only offer pick up and delivery on Thursdays at this time.
I don’t love my bread, do you offer returns?
Because of the perishable and dietary-restricted nature of our product, we cannot accept returns.
That being said, we fully stand by our breads and customer satisfaction. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, send us your order number, photos of the order, and contact information, and we’ll replace the order for free!
I over ordered! How can I cancel or change my order?
We get it – sometimes our eyes are bigger than our stomachs too!
If you ordered before Sunday, send us a message to either cancel or change the order.
Unfortunately, after Sunday, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
DELIVERY
What is your delivery zone?
Delivery service is valid only within Vancouver city limits.
This unfortunately does not include North or West Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, or beyond but we hope to see you soon!
How does delivery work?
Ordering closes at 11:59 pm each Sunday for the week ahead. Orders are delivered between 4:30pm - 6:30 pm.
You will receive a message when your order is next in the delivery route. If we cannot reach you for your delivery time/cannot access your building, your order will be the last drop-off, and we'll try for a second delivery.
If we still can't reach you by the end of our delivery route, your order will be canceled with 50% refunded to you.
