Refund policy
We take pride in our bread.Â
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
Delivery
If we cannot reach you for your delivery time/cannot access your building, your order will be the last drop-off, and we'll try for a second delivery. If we still can't reach you by the end of our delivery route, your order will be canceled with 50% refunded to you.Â
Once a product is picked up or delivered, it is considered accepted. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transport, or storage (e.g., leaving bread in a hot car).
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are typically not accepted. However, for a refund or exchange to be considered, the product must be returned to us for inspection.
