Olive + Rosemary Focaccia

An ode to focaccia’s Mediterranean roots.

This week’s rotating flavour is a staple of the Mediterranean diet. Crispy crust with a chewy and moist crumb, we packed this focaccia full of fresh, locally grown rosemary and sliced Kalamata olives so every bite is full of flavour. Eat it on its own, with dips, or sliced in half for a sandwich. For the best bite, enjoy warm and fresh baked.
