Cowboy Candy (Frozen)

We often end up with a couple odds and ends on baking days as orders fluctuate and may not add up to a full tray size. So, in our effort to minimize our food waste as much as possible, we're offering frozen focaccia slices by the tray for a discounted price! Same great tasting focaccia, but with a chilled and better for our planet ethos. 

Originating in 1922 after a young cowboy decided to layer in sugar to jalapeños, much like bread and butter pickles, Cowboy Candy was born. Think sweet heat and tang that'll feel like mid-summer adventures and riding off into the sunset. Eat it on its own, topped with melted cheese, or sliced in half for a kick of spice in your sandwiches. For the best bite, enjoy warm and fresh baked.

Made vegan and entirely gluten-free so it’s safe for Celiac bellies.
